I’m back from “vacation” and last week’s show was a great way to ease back into the groove courtesy of local Houseaddict, DJ Irgo.

If you’re a fan of House music in Toronto, chances are you’ve gone dancing at an event hosted by Houseaddict.com. Established in 2003, Houseaddict delivers quality, underground, House events that showcase both local and international talent.

Irgo, the man behind  Houseaddict.com, visited the studio and played a set of Dubby Deep House, Tech House, Nu-Disco and edits.  Fans of the Italo/Nu-Disco and throwback sound: take note of the Tornado Wallace track “Rainbow Road” and get out to Wrongbar on Aug.31.

Afterwards we chatted briefly about the history of the company, the successful Houseaddict/Bounce/BoundbySound Summer Mixtape Sessions events and the upcoming return of tech-house producer Dave Pezzner, how Irgo got started as a DJ, the state of the scene in Toronto, and the Houseaddict podcast.
