I meant to post this on the Thanksgiving long wknd, but life had other plans and I got sidetracked…

In any case I was blown away by the ingenuity of the Vegetable Orchestra and thought you might like to know about another way to use pumpkins instead of carving them up as jack-o-lanterns or turning them into pie!
